Doses required for four people: 1 kg of lamb, 400 g of potatoes, 200 g of onion, origan, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin fruity olive oil “delicate” Logoluso.
In a big pan, with a high edge, pour 4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add the coarsely sliced onion, the lamb cut into pieces, the peeled potatoes and cut into slices about half a centimeter high; sprinkle with salt, pepper and origan and bake in a moderate heat. Turn occasionally until lamb and potatoes have become soft and tasty.
